Haloween 2008
Friday was a 'dress down/dress up' day at work. £1 to be donated from each person to the local flying ambulance service. As there was a Halloween theme I had decided to 'zombie myself up'.

I won 2nd prize. Probably the scariest gift possible - a kids Halloween Karaoke DVD! *Shudder*

Ironically, I was beaten by someone dressed as a witch!

I do that every day! ;)

Thank you.
I was worried it would look too amateurish, but I'm really please people liked it.

The scar was made by my friend Febs, who makes a lot of prosthetics, props and weapons for LRP (Including Box Head from my Icon)

Very nice. I went dressed as an underpaid accountant :)

One of the best coustumes at our place was a woman who dressed up as a stick figure - very inventive. First place in the contest was a very run-of-the-mill Dorothy Gale. I don't get it.

I'm afraid our place was far less interesting (in my part of the building anyway. The only other costume apart from mine I saw was a woman in a sparky jumper and dee-boppers on her head.

Not a good turn out.

I love it that your work places actually encourage you guys to dress up!

In the eight years I've been there this is only the second time we have been allowed to dress up.

We have, once a month or so a 'dress down' day, where you can wear 'smart-casual' instead of a suite. All for charity of course. :)
